By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise accessing any application that uses Avizzy Auth ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to end users of all applications that integrate with Avizzy Auth, as well as to developers who integrate with the Avizzy Auth API.
Avizzy Auth is a self-hosted authentication and identity management service. It provides:
The Service is provided to developers ("integrating applications") who deploy it to authenticate their end users. Avizzy is not responsible for the content, policies, or conduct of integrating applications.
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account or use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirements. If you are a developer integrating with Avizzy Auth for an application directed at children, you are solely responsible for complying with applicable laws, including obtaining appropriate parental consent.
When you register an account, you agree to:
You may not register an account using a false identity or on behalf of someone else without their authorisation. Automated account creation (bots) without explicit written permission from Avizzy is prohibited.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, and to report illegal activity to appropriate authorities.
The Avizzy Auth software, branding, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by Avizzy or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use Avizzy's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
If you integrate with the Avizzy Auth API, you retain ownership of your application and its content. You grant Avizzy a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from Service unavailability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AVIZZY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION:
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. In such jurisdictions, the above exclusions apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL AVIZZY, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
IN JURISDICTIONS WHERE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES IS NOT PERMITTED, OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Avizzy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to the security or integrity of the Service or other users.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting the operator of the application you are using. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including sections on intellectual property, warranties, liability, and indemnification) shall survive.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at contact@avizzy.eu.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, it shall be submitted to the competent courts of the jurisdiction where Avizzy is established.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We may also notify you through the application or by email.
Continued use of any application that authenticates through Avizzy Auth after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

The Service supports login via third-party providers including Discord and Roblox. By connecting a social account, you:
You may unlink a social account at any time through the integrating application, provided you have another login method (password or other social) on your account.
